Need Help with Videos

Hi, I'm new to rockbox and have a few questions.

1) How do you play videos using the rockbox interface?
2) I had videos already on my Ipod before I switched to rockbox and I'm having trouble finding them?

All videos need to be in the format Rockbox supports for them to play in Rockbox.
