ipod video (320x240) Dockpod Remix

  I can't for the life of me get this WPS theme working. It was working fine until I updated from about a 3 week old custom build of mine to the current daily build. Now the menu theme works, but the WPS is the default rockbox theme. I've deleted the .rockbox folder and redownloaded/reinstalled most everything, but its still bugged. I haven't applied any patches at all, this is a fresh build.

I found a neat proggy that can resize bdf fonts, and with a little effort, I resized snap to 16pt. It's a little fat, but I think it is more along the lines of what the WPS should look like. I'd like some input on which font is better before I upload it so please leave your comments.
Also fixed a couple bugs that were upsetting the parser.

I do like that font better, the other one is hard to read with some characters, you sort of have to look at the screen for 10 seconds to figure out what some words are.

Updated to version 1.2 (v1.1 still had the same bugs as the first one), all issues fixed. You can get it on the wiki for now

Evilg, is there any chance that you still might have your original remix, with the smaller/thinner font ? I should have kept it, but didn't really think about it actually.  To be honest, I kind of like the other font better. This one actually makes the overall appearance (IMO) a bit mushy looking, and less clean. Also, but this is just nit picking, the date  doesn't fit the shaded border like everything else in it.   I still think it's one of the best works available though, along with the very sexy Simplex themes.

beware, this does require some cleanup it breaks the with the current wps parser (i.e. doesn't work)

so I think that you need to edit the .wps, on line ~38 (the one with the %id tag on it, the last one before the first whitespaces)
it reads something like this
?%id < etc.............
it should read
%?id < etc...............

I personally like the new font myself

Yeah I've got to say, the new font is beautiful. Plus the fact that it now works with the daily builds is great!

Well, I downloaded the linked file, edited the wps as instructed but the font is still the same as it was before ? Snap 16, right ?  It's really not as bad as I was thinking though, I guess. I think I'm just more a fan of fonts which are a bit more smooth, such as the one which comes with Simplex etc.. (guess I like round compared to square)

First off, thanks to evilg123 and AJ Ashton for the great art/work.

I liked the Dockpod Remix theme so much I edited/gimped it to show a 100x100 cover art image.
The wps backdrop has been fitted with a 'note icon' from the tango iconset, for those cases
where cover art isn't available.
