Removing rockbox folder likea dumbass

Hi im new to this site.  but i recently installed rockbox on my 30 gig 5.5gen ipod. after trying  it i wanted to go to back to the  factory setting. But like a dumbass thinking if i only delete the rockbox folder  that it will set it back to the normal setting. Now my ipod just stays on the Apple screen. And im not able to set in disk mode. only able to restart it. i wondering is there anyway to fix this???? Or do i have to just try and send it back to apple to fix it?? Thanks for your Help

By factory settings I am assuming that you mean the original firmware.  One way to get rid of both rockbox and the boot loader is to press menu + select and then play + menu just as the iPod reboots.  After you have it in disc mode you can use itunes to reset your iPod.  If just want to have rockbox back you should download a new daily build and a new boot loader.  :D
