Gigabeat cannot recognise hard disk, windows can.

Jack2:
I installed rockbox on my f40about 2 months ago. It worked perfectly until a few days ago, after I let it charge.
Now, at startup, bar moves about and eight of the way, then an error screen pops up with 00000010 as the error number. The gigabeat cannot read either the rockbox firmware or the original gigabeat firmware
Jack2:
oops, I clicked the wrong button. without finishing.
I have tried the procedure where you mount the gigabeat to the computer without the HDD, but it will not load. I have access to all my files on the gigabeat from my computer. Any advis would be much apprecciated.
