Ipod Nano 4 Gig v1.2.2 (Second Generation)

Well,

Im totally new to this field and I'm kind of confused. I really do not understand any of this.

But how do you hack the second generation 4 gig nano ipod?

Also how do you work the software? Sorry for sounding like a total in experienced person, but im not gonna lie any help would be appreciated.
