Downloading firmware

I have a Macbook pro and i downloaded the current bulid for the video iPod, i have a zip utility and everything, but when i download the build, there isn't anything in the folder any help?

The zip contains a folder called .rockbox, which is hidden. You need the .rockbox folder on your iPod. This is why we tell you to extract it to your iPod, rather than simply extracting it and copying the extracted contents over.
