Upgraded ipodcatcher and now Nano keeps freezing

(1/2) > >>

mitchelln:
I've been running Rockbox on my 1st gen Nano for nearly a year now with no problems.
Last week I upgraded the boot loader using the latest ipodcatcher. Now my Nano is completely unreliable. It freezes all the time or gives errors such as "Data abort at 4000129C" I have tried a few builds over the last week, but with no difference. Is this something to do with the co-processor support that is now enabled in the loader? Is there a setting to disable this?
I have searched the forums and looked at the manual without any luck. Please help!

GodEater:
Did you upgrade rockbox at the sametime as you upgraded the boot loader ?

mitchelln:
Yes, I did. I've even tried slightly older versions of Rockbox in case it was a very new instability.

 :(

Do you get a splash screen with a bunch of text when you start Rockbox or does it go directly from the Apple logo to the Rockbox main menu?  If the latter, hold the >>| button when you start.  What version of the bootloader is reported?

mitchelln:
Yes, I get the normal boot up sequence with logo and text. The text isn't up long enough for me to read it. ipodpatcher is reporting verison 0.9 with 1.0 bootloaders. Rockbox is version r13005-070402

Thanks for helping.
