Rockbox won't boot!!

I have had rockbox on my 2g ipod nano for a while now, and recently i made a bad decision in deciding to press the upgrade the ipod firmware. Anyways, i know that rockbox is still on there, but i cant get it too boot. Please help me. ??? ??? ???

Rockbox never ran on the 2nd generation nano. Please, if you mean 2 gigabytes, follow the forum guidelines for how to write it.

If it is a 1st generation Nano, you will need to reinstall the bootloader. See the manual chapter on Installing the Bootloader.
