i think that the sound in RB isn't as loud as the Orig. (last update of Orig. have a option that lets you choose if u want normal sound or loud)
 i love to hear really loud music with my headphones

If you hear something, then please post useful test results so that people know there is a problem.  Either RMAA or ABX results would work.  Saying "I hear something" is not useful.

I haven't practices with that and don't uderstand this...I wanted only ask for experiences other people...one test I tried and will do another...sorry, what I hear is  more important for me then all tests...but understan not useful

sometimes if i turn off and then on the player on rockbox.. the sound gets lot louder.. is this a feature? or a bug?   it's really strange

I guess it's a bug. It once occured to me that turning the device on after RB hung itself up, the sound was just as good and loud as in der original fw. The frequency range appeared perfectly linear. But after the next reboot everything was back to normal again
I hope our coders will figure out soon how to improve the sound

I'd guess something is wrong with the way you're testing.  Your results don't make much sense at all.  Can you also try a simple loopback of your testing system?  Also, post what you're using to do the tests.
