[Sansa] Player not recognized as device by Windows

Hi,

The installation went fine but when I plug in the player into the usb port my computer doesn`t recognized the player any more even though the player shows me that he's in usb mode.

Any suggestion?

Please use real words, as per the posting guideline. "THX" isn't one, and "4" does not mean "for".

As for your Sansa, Rockbox doesn't actually have a USB mode, you have to reboot into the original firmware. The very easiest way to do this is to turn off the Sansa, and then while it's turned off, plug in the USB cable and wait for Windows to recognize it.
