Yes, all of the money would go either directly to Rockbox, or to Rockbox related objectives (for example, I might keep 10% in the hopes of that + whatever I personally save up of my own money allowing me to afford to be at DevCon next year, since the only thing stopping me this year is money.)

I'd be interested in opening a (european) spreadshirt.net sister shop once we have a shop. I won't have the time to look into this within the next month though...

We have a shop in my town. They do pretty good shirts but I hate the people who live there. There stuck up and think there better then anybody in town. Also I pissed them off by moving there trailer because they took my parking spot. Sorry VERY VERY off topic. How much would you charge for shirts?
