Rockbox doom addon help?

after i beat the doom demo, i decided to install some addons to lengthen the playtime. so i got a couple off a site that was linked off the rockbox site, put the in the addons folder in the doom folder, as far as i knew, did everything right, but when i launch doom with the addon enabled, it goes back to the plugin browse screen. i tried a bunch of stuff, reread the installation manual, redid everything, but to no avail. any help?

Doom Shareware won't run addons. Try the freedoom wad provided on the extras page instead.
