Archos Jukebox Studio 10 firmware

Hi there,
I am new to this forum and tried to search for the answer but could not find it. I was given a Archos Jukebox Studio 10 upgraded with a 40gb disk drive. The MP3 player works great but when I connect it to my PC (I tried 2 different PC's with Windows XP Professional) I get a message that a new device was found but it will not complete the installation. I cannot see the MP3 hard drive from my pc.

Does anyone have any ideas? It is loaded with RockBox 2.5

This device requires a driver.  Try the one on Archos's site.

And what possessed you to make you think that the Plugins/Viewers forum was the right one for this post?

Sorry I posted this in the wrong forum, but the driver section is not working on  the Archos site.


***UPDATE***

The Archos download section is working now and I downloaded the driver needed.
