My computer needs to reformat my ipod so it can recognize it (cause for some reason, it can't all of a sudden)

BTW xlarge, I did want it to "be restored to an ordinary empty ipod" Thanks for telling me that. To remind people, the Whole reason I asked this is 'cause i LOST the boot partition backup, and I needed to know if I can reset my ipod and expect it to be ok.

Now, I'm content with my question being answered ;D
