windows formatted nano / disk mode?

I think what happened for me was the battery ran completely out. This happened again later (it was left playing in the car) and when I plugged it in, the firmware didn't boot as usual -- it went to some special low-battery charging screen for a while. When it charged back up, I got the un-formatted for windows error again. Maybe Rockbox is letting the nano drain too much battery?
