I said "exactly", meaning give me the link to the exact file you downloaded.

Please read my updated post.  Turns out to be a Firefox bug and not a Rockbox one. =)

Just for reference you can check the current revision for comparison using the changelog on the front of the site, just click the topmost file and see what its revision is.

Amblin,

As per your request: As of 6:59 Pacific Time and using the current build as of that time, I have no video or audio with mpeglayer on the Sansa e200 while playing the Elephant's Dream video.

I meant the feature as a whole.

I have a 4th gen ipod (20G) with a build from today.  I transcoded my video to give 15fps and it actually looks pretty good.  I watched a 30 minute clip and the audio and video was synced the whole time.  The only problem I found has be reported a few times already, is that after watching a video, if I try to watch any thing again (even the same video), I get audio but no picture, and the only way to recover is to reboot the ipod.

In case any one is curious, here is how I encoded the video:

mencoder dvd://17 -alang en -chapter 1-7 -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg2video -vf scale,harddup -ofps 15 -zoom -xy 224 -of mpeg -oac mp3lame -lameopts preset=standard:vol=8 -af resample=44100:0:0 -o <filename>

Thanks for the great work,
Scott

i have the same problem as scottcain.  I have an iPod Nano with the daily build from 4/12/07.  The whole video will play with good A/V sync, then when i try to play another video only audio with no video plays.  I use either the Winff program or the VLC player.

Please, use a CURRENT build when testing. That means one from today. This problem *should* be fixed, but since you're using an older build your information doesn't tell me anything about whether it really is.

I finally got around to updating the build on my ipod 4th gen/photo.  I installed a build from today and played a mpeg that ran about 25 minutes.  It performed well (in fact, maybe a little better than the build from a few weeks ago), however, when I went to play another mpeg after it, it suffered from the same problem as before: the audio played, but the screen was blank and it required a reboot to get out.

The second mpeg you played: Was it the same one or a different one?

Different, but created at the same time using the same method.
