Long search after selecting specific song

Hi,

a few days ago, I installed RockBox and I was really impressed.
Now, after some testing, there is a "problem" with choosing the songs:
Everytime I want to choose a specific song from the database, RockBox seems start searching the whole database. ("Searching... x found") Sometimes he finished searching after a short time but sometimes it takes nearly a minute. (There are about  1200 songs on the player.)
I already tried to initialze the database several times, "Load to RAM" and "Directory Cache" are enabled.
This isn't normal, is it? Please help... :-\

BTW: The player is an iRiver H10 6GB

Same thing happens to me when I play my music. Sometimes it takes a few seconds other times almost a minute  :-\

I have the same experience with all builds I have tried over the last 6 months of use.
