After removing rockbox, album art won't display on iPod

With iTunes 7 all you need to do is to deselect the "display album artwork" box, click apply, and reselect it again (and apply again). It will then update the art on your iPod. You don't need to restore.

It isn't.  Just because a random person answered your question, it doesn't mean that they are part of the "Rockbox team".  Don't get used to it.  ;)
