Battery Meter on Sansa
« on: March 23, 2007, 02:47:20 PM »
I've just noticed that now the battery meter works on Sansa! That great.
To try it, I charged my Sansa booting with the original firmware until the lightning dissapeared and the meter was full colored green. Then I rebooted to Rockbox, but the meter isn't at its max, but about 80% of it.
Does it happens to anyone else? I know that developers just made this feature work a couple of days ago, so my guess is it still needs a bit of tunning... but just to make sure. Thx!

it needs more calibration,as I said is an early development, but the sansa with rockbox needs more calibration,I fully charged the battery of my sansa with the original firmware and I booted rockbox and it showed the battery at that point, and also rockbox needs battery remaining (in hours, minutes) calibration,a fully charged battery it marks about 5 hours,it still need more refinement
