jbr v2 no DC In charging but usb Charging

Hi everyone, i`m desperately in need of help :-[
i used an ac car adapter on my jbr V2 which accidentaly was outputting 12 v instead of 6v. after that the DC input won´t work anymore, but the usb charging still works as far as i can identify.what is my problem?
