video sansa e200

hello!i downloaded vlc player and this http://rapidshare.com/fil...662379/converter.zip.html   converter.i choose  a .avi file ,choose vlc path,choose output directory and filename.but the file wich is converted is 4.00kb and vlc and windows media player cant open this file.what shall i do? ??? ???

Try the transcode.bat from the wiki page: if it still doesn't work, it's the Movie's fault.
