If I place a song onto my ipod via Itunes will Rockbox recongize the song and play it?

ex... I just place one song onto my ipod will it show up in the rockbox music database?

If it's not music-store (DRM) music, then yes, the database can find it on updates.

So if I buy off of the music store on itunes it will not recongize it.

Is there any way to change it so it will recognize it at all, because I purchase most of my music that way.
