my ipod nano 2g is playing up with rockbox. :(

hey guys i put rockbox on my ipod nano 2g and got it to work but the ipod is playing up. i had to drain the power because the buttons did not work.. how do i uninstall??? my itunes does not recocnize it!! ??? this is a ipod nano 2nd gen. i installed it by mistake cuz i didn't know my ipod wasn't supported. :( how do i uninstall.

hey guys. i tried running the ipod again and rockbox worked for like 5 min. and it froze... i have some kinda feeling that if i stop the freezing, i would have rockbox on my ipod nano 2g alive and well. but i want my ipod the way it was... any advice?

Rockbox does not work on the 2nd gen Nano. At all.

iPodpatcher won't even allow you to install the bootloader.

i cant get rockbox off of my ipod.. went i try to delete the files, a message comes up saying the ipod is write protected  ???

I'm curious how one even installs Rockbox on a Nano 2G?  Don't the tools refuse to work if they don't find a supported target?

We're working on the assumption that it's either a 2nd Gen Mini being talked about here, or a 1st Gen Nano - since yes, ipodpatcher refuses to do anything to a 2nd Gen Nano.
