Big Problem please help :(

Ok i started using Rockbox on my Gigabeat F40 the other day and ive liked it i was trying 2 fix a problem where if it loads one skin the screen disapeared and i cant see anything or change anything...

Anyway I deleted the Rockbox files off the player trying 2 reverse the problem and go back 2 the original firmware and now i cant do anything. If i turn it on it loads it then goes error: -1    and then nothing i cant turn it off i have to turn off the battery. i cant plug it into the pc just dosnt detect it i cant formate it the gigabeat format software cant see it.  

What can i do???

hold MENU while booting, then you can connect to your PC and unzip rockbox.zip again.
