Indeed, since you can't execute Rockbox.ipod without the bootloader, it really isn't anything, and it's the execution of non-Apple code on the device that will void the warranty.

And the bootloader gets overwritten when you update your Apple OS, right? So they couldn't even undelete it!

if I install rockbox, warranty may get voided and my earphones blown out hahaha,so first think to install it and if you have a sansa use a cheap pair of headphones if you don't you may get your better pair blown out,so think twice

Is this even possible - could someone with more hardware knowledge than me comment?  I would have thought that the current you could output would be limited by the circuitry and you would be more likely to blow that than the headphones by trying to output more.  Either way, would the hardware allow such a large current as to blow headphones to be output?

the earphones were fine before  I used an the sansa with rockbox,I connected them and the volume was low,so I noticed that one of the earphones wasn't working, and I tried another pair and they work fine. But I bought a new pair 3-4 days after the issue I had

Wich is of course absolutely NO evidence of rockbox causing any malfunction in your earphones.

I am extremely doubtful rockbox caused this.  The sansa has overcurrent protection circuits in it, and whilst blowing your earphones is theoretically possible, I doubt it.  Much more likely is a loose wire caused by a small tug or similar.

I have checked those earphones 3 times before and after, I used rockbox first and I noticed that one of the earphones isn't working so I chekced them, and I did reconnect, and then I used the original firmware, the problem persisted.

I had a cup of coffee this morning, and then the sun came up.  That doesn't mean that my cup of coffee caused the sun to rise.

The point is that it is entirely possible, and indeed likely, that your headphones failed for some reason completely unrelated to Rockbox.  The fact that you noticed the problem after using Rockbox does not mean that Rockbox caused the problem.

Just to please my own curious mind; Could you explain define "weird sound"?

Yes, and that is the exact point at which your earphones suffered an (unrelated) hardware failure of some  kind... :P

Well we can't guarantee it's unrelated. But seeing as I tried the earliest sound code without damaging mine, and considering nobody else has damaged theirs, probability suggests that the damage is unrelated.

Actually, based upon the number of people for whom this occurs, and the frequency of it, I believe that there is a direct correlation.

xlarge I refer to weird sound to hear something like when you hit a desk with your hand closed I refer to that as weird sound in one of the earphones, so after that one of them blew out
