It has instructions for writing the .wps file.  If you are still confused look at the wps files that come packaged with rockbox.

If you have a specific question then ask (but follow the forum posting guidelines), but if you can't understand the info in the link given above, specifically this section, then you probably should give up now...

Make sure you can write and get to work a simple text-based WPS first, to get the hang of the syntax.

I didn't really mean for you to delete your post (although it was rather long), I meant to stop creating new topics so I don't have to keep merging them.

If you really can't manage to make a WPS yourself, then ask in the Theme Request thread, making sure you explain what you want before posting a bucketful of image links:
