Need Help turning on Ipod after Rockbox uninstall

this is what happened...i was trying to delete rockbox off of my ipod and stupidly didn't read the directions where it said to use the bootloader to unistall then delete the files and folders, i deleted all the rockbox files and folders straight off of my harddrive and now my ipod doesn't kno which firmware to run (the original or rockbox) and its frozen on the beginning screen of the black background and silver apple. i've tryed to connect it to the computer and even reinstall rockbox in order to uninstall it properly but since it can't run the any of the firmware it doesn't get recognized on my computer, i have no idea wat to do and think that my ipod is useless. Is there anything i can do? (its an ipod video 60 gig) thanks for the response
