M4A tags not updating

Here is a smaller version of the file, rename the extention to .m4a (it wouldn't let me attach a .m4a file.)

Here's another update.
I used Tag&Rename to write yet another genre to the files in question. This time, the genre did change after rockbox updated its database, however, what shows up in Tag&Rename/Winamp as 'Southern Rock' shows up in rockbox as Comedy! I can't for the life of me figure out where it got that tag information from...

I'm no expert as you all can and have seen, but can it be some different version of tags?
Id3 v1 vs id3 v2?
What preference do you have in rockbox regarding id3 version?

I have rockbox set to prefer id3v2 over id3v1. But these are .m4a formatted files. I didn't think they used id3 tags, do they?

Uh.. Ah.. No, no id3tags in m4atracks.

I've downloaded your m4atrack and my rockbox (r12733m-070312) also says "No file".

It's beyond my knowledge i'm afraid...
