help with a file accident!

I accidentally selected an option to show all files including the system files and such for my F40 gigabeat. I do not know how to undo this. Can someone please walk me through on how to get rid of this problem?
Thank you.

Go to the Filetree, hold down the Menu button (don't just tap it) and you'll get the 'Quick Menu', then you can release the menu button. Tap the Down button until it changes to 'Supported' then tap the menu button again.

And in the future, please refer to the manual before opening a thread. This question relates to a very basic Rockbox function and the answer is readily available in the manual.
