Sansa e200: Progress bar/remaining time

I have a few questions:

Could somebody dumb down how to write the progress bar code for me? I've tried using height|xpos|ypos|, but that doesnt seem to work.

also, as the audio is just working for the sansa, the current/remaining time in any playing song is not actually current. It freezes from the time you start the wps and the when the wps is exited and then re-entered it is up to date again. any way to fix this?

I'm not experiencing this problem. Could you provide exactly what settings you're using, which theme you're using, etc.

I am using a modified black glass theme for the ipod nano. I wrote it myself and used the images.
 i was actually able to get the progress bar to work. It keeps up with the song time but the current/remaining song time does not.  Heres what it looks like:

Try removing the scroll tags from the line. I don't believe you should be scrolling lines that are constantly changing.
