Just go to "Browse Plugins" and run one of them and see what it says. It's an option in the main menu.

There is only an options which says plug-ins when I open that it is full of files I opened blackjack and it seems to work. Is that any help?

It suggests that your Rockbox is properly installed (though doesn't guarantee it).
