Finding "GBSYSTEM"
«

I just got a F20, and for the love of me, I cant find this file. I have my browser set to show hidden files, and when that didn't work, I searched the device (Also including hidden folders)to see if I could find it that way, but to no avail.

You need to set explorer to show system files/folders as well.

OK, I have that fixed. Now another question- What file is the instruction below (copied directly from the rockbox manual) referring too?
"Now copy the file FWIMG01.DAT you downloaded to that folder. Make sure the spelling is correct."
If it is referring to "FWIMG01.DAT.ORIG", I don't quite understand, because it isn't a folder.

Take the FWIMG01.DAT you downloaded, and copy it into \GBSYSTEM\FWIMG.
The FWIMG01.DAT.ORIG is the original firmware file that came with the Gigabeat from Toshiba.

Great, got that fixed. Much appreciated.
Another quick question (that dosn't belong in this forum, feel free to move it). I am trying to change the theme of my rockbox player and I am slightly comfused. Would you just download the theme and extract it to the root of the player or what?

Forget it. I have bigger problems now. I will post in another area.
