UNINSTALL HELP iPOD WONT WORK

Hey I Installed Rockbox A Little While Ago Fine And I Just Now Tried To Uninsall It BUT! I Done It Wrong I Deleted The Files Before The Boot Loader And Now My Wont Start And Comes Up With The Apple Logo Is There Any Chance Of Conecting My iPod Nano 1st Gen To The Comuter To Uninstall The Boot Loader Or Have I Killed My iPod!  :(
