root menu improvement

hello,

I really like the new menu system, but I think that some think can be change. I know that the root menu has been discuss during a long time, but i think that what i am saying is logical (lucky me).

-First about the "setting menu", i don't see the utility to keep "general setting" in it. For me, all the thing in "general setting" must be directly put in "setting". Why recording setting are upper than playback setting?
-"setting" must be put under "recording" and "FM radio" to put all the application propose by the player together, because when you use your player it is to play music or fm and not to manage setting.
-I think that "playlist" is not useful, because you can access it from the context menu(where it is useful). So I think that it can be put in "setting"
-"Database" can be hide when you don't use it. (just an idea)

That's all. Thank you for reading this and thank you for the work of rockbox team.
