corrupt file?

when i was extracting the .zip rockbox files to my 5g video ipod this popped up

The file or directory /.rockbox/rocks is corrupt and unreadable. Please the Chkdsk utility.




i don't know what the Chkdsk utility is im guessing it stands for check disk. but what should i do?
please help, thank you

This is a Windows error, not a Rockbox error.  It sounds like the disk you downloading the .zip to may have problems.
