EMERGENCY!!!!!!!!

this is what my 5G ipod video says after installing the rockbox boot loader then turning on ipod then i got the apple then i turned hold on then off then i got this i listen to what it said about me pressing and holding the buttons but it just stayed at the apple until i turn the hold switch on then off then the same message appeared. please help i do not want to screw up my ipod!!!!

You need to hold Menu+Select and then as soon as the screen clears, hold Select+Play and the iPod should go into disk mode.

Then read section 2.2.2 of the manual. You didn't follow all of the install instructions exactly as they're written.
