You'll have to play around with different sizes.  It depends on the WPS you use or create.  Another thing to keep in mind is whether or not you are going to use the Screen Rotation patch.  Will your WPS be viewed in Landscape or Portrait?

In the WPS I created, I use a size of 145x145.  There's a "Zune" WPS in the gallery that uses about 2/3rds of the screen for the album art. (240x240)  So really the limitation is the screen size of your F20 at 240x320 or 320x240 or how much information you want to display along with the album art.

Don't forget that the album art patch doesn't work with BMP resize yet. I say go with the AA size that seems to be most common for WPS already published. Example: I own an ipod, most WPS's have AA at 100x100 so that is what I make my WPS with AA for. But I think 140x140 is best for the 'portrait' orientation of the gigabeat, go with 100x100 if you intend your WPS to be in 'landscape'.

There's a separate BMP resize patch that work perfectly with the AA patch, though. I would use 125x125 or something similar.
