Progress bar and current/remaining time

I have looked over the customization page and their explanation of how to write the code for the progressbar is kind of confusing. I tried writing my progress bar but i am not able to make it show up in the correct place, along with the current time in song (aligned left) and remaining time (aligned right): which i would like to be placed right above it.
I would like the begining of the progress bar to we at the point 0, 186. My code looks something like this:

Align left has to come before align right. You always have to put things in the order you want them to appear on that line.
