I'm a totaly new to this rockbox thing and I wanted to know  what new add's can It give in my sansa e200?

Read the website / wiki / manual. And beware that Rockbox on sansa doesn't have sound yet, so unless you want to actively work on it i'd suggest you to come back at some time later.
