iHP120 power problem
« on: March 05, 2007, 07:35:39 AM »
Silly me plugged in a 12v adapter in instead of the 5v one, which seems to have killed the machine.

Does anyone know if it is worthwhile getting it repaired, and if so how/where?

Or if I can recover the data from the HDD, where can I get the tool to open it up?

When I plug the correct charger in I still get a green charge light, but the device doesn't power on anymore.

Any help would be greatly apprechiated.

Thanks

Did you try to power it on when it was connected to the 12V charger?
