Missing songs.

I know that this topic has already been started but I need help.

I know what the difference is between the songs that do show up and the ones that don't. The ones that do are all version 2.3 and the ones that don't are version 1.1. So my question is: is there a way to convert to 2.3 or is there something I can download so that RockBox recognizes these songs?
