H10 doesn't turn on at all!!

Hi,
Just a quick question if i may. My iriver h10 won't turn on at all. Battery is charged and when i hit the power button nothing seems to be happening.
But when i pull out the battery and then hold the two front buttons and the power button a message comes on the screen to "SW4 Run Diagnostic"
Not too sure what that means? can anyone asist.
