iPod Chrashing

I have been trying to install rockbox for about a month and now that my iPod is formatted to windows I started to install.  I followed the manual( downloaded framewere, got bootloader, got ipod patcher) ((I AM ON MAC((WITH AN IPOD VIDEO 30GB)))).  once i finished installing rock box it said to eject your iPod.  so i did this and now my iPod has the apple loading screen like its starting up and then it crashes and it wont let me access it from a computer cause it cannot even start up.  i just turns on then turns off without me pressing any buttons.

If I am right, you don't see the rockbox-bootmessages?
Perhaps you messed up something with the bootloader.
Then you should try to boot into diskmode.
1. Switch Hold on and off
2. Press Menu and Select until the Ipod resets
3. As soon as the Apple-Logo appears, press Select and Play until it shows diskmode.
Now you should be able to connect to the PC/Mac and restore the ipod via iTunes.
