Can anyone hint as to how soon audio may be available for the sansa e200? Also, is video available right now (although it is of little use without audio).
p.s. Can anyone help as to how i might get video onto my player?
Two people from Rockbox are visiting the company who make the audio chip in the Sansa on March 9th - if things go to plan, then they will be given enough information to write the audio driver, which will take them however long it takes them (it could be days or years.) If they're not given the information, then we need to work it out either by using the Sansa emulator which is being written or by disassembling the original firmware.
