You need to build it first, so unless you can find an unofficial build for your DAP, you'll have to learn how to patch for yourself. Also, in the future, asking for someone to build something for you is generally a bad idea. Asking them to build it for you without mentioning what DAP you own is an even worse idea.

well, then the patch is out of sync. Maybe this is caused by the change in the gui_syncsplash parameters?

Check with a clean build no patches that their are no errors.
Install just that one patch and check again if errors post as a comment on the patch page.
