where and how can i get and install games such as pokemon pacman and rockboy. been trying to get it but no have had no luck

Llorean:
For Pokemon and other Gameboy games, you must own the original cartridge and a tool to dump ROM data from gameboy cartridges to legally obtain them.

For Pacman you'll need a means of dumping from an arcade machine that you have. The PluginPacbox wiki page contains information on which files you need and their checksums.

Rockboy is the gameboy emulator. It's included with Rockbox, and its usage is covered in the manual.

(I removed someone else's reply.)
Due to the nature of the post I removed I wanted to take this opportunity to remind everyone:

There should be no discussion, encouragement, condoning, or even hinting at copyright infringement on the Rockbox forums.
This includes, but is not limited to asking for, or providing links to copyrighted movies, music, or ROMs.  (Unless, of course, you have explicit permission (as is granted in the Elephant's Dream case.))

Ok so where can I obtain all the things such as the cartriges legally where can I buy it or download it. As for iboy. If I didn't understand wrong it is already installed on the ipod. How can I open it cause its not on the plugin list. Please don't say a viewer cause I need someone to tell me how I can open viewres and other stuff. And also pacman I didint really get what you said I need a pacman machine  and how do I get the files????.                  Tried to find the rockboy manual but had no luck so please help.

Actually yes, you do need to own a pacman machine and extract the game data (roms) from that to be able to use it legally.
It's really quite complicated... I bet the procedure, when you get hold of a machine, to extract the rom from an actual pacman-machine is explained somewhere on the internet - google it?

Explanation; A viewer is nothing you open. A viewer has a/several filetype/s assigned to it so when you "play" a certain file the viewer is started. Like the mpegplayer - you just go to a .mpeg and press play with it selected.
With rockboy you'd go to a .gbc-file (or what ever) and press "play" which would result in rockboy starting executing that .gbc.
