Hey i need help installing.. please detailed walkthrough!:)

hey everyone, i really really want to do this but im not that much of a nerd as everyone else here.. as a matter of fact im pretty />4< etc. illeterate. ha, so if anyone is willing to waste their time helping me would be greatllllyyyy appreciated! also, i have a mac, and im trying to install it onto a 30 gb ipod video.. as well, i  have some questions, can you have different skins on your ipod? that you can change whenever? well thanks for all the help!

k thanks.. but when i download them.. i unzip the file and its rockbox-ipodvideo

and inside is rockbox.ipod

is this wrong? shouldnt there be more things)! and when i unzip fonts nothing happens
