No You do not need to delete the Sansas firmware in order to install rockbox.

i red the instalaiton manual.but i didnt understend how to install rockbox.could you please give me a wide plane how to install rockbox?p.s how to switch sansas frimware and rockbox when they are already installed?thanks :)
