Booting PC from JB

Can I make my JBR (V2) bootable to PC, without destroing the RockBox flashed OS?

Yes, that's independent of each other. To use Rockbox, you need the installation in the .rockbox folder, and the disk must be formattted with FAT32. What else you put on the disk is up to you.
