Actually yes, you do need to own a pacman machine and extract the game data (roms) from that to be able to use it legally.It's really quite complicated... I bet the procedure, when you get hold of a machine, to extract the rom from an actual pacman-machine is explained somewhere on the internet - google it?Explanation; A viewer is nothing you open. A viewer has a/several filetype/s assigned to it so when you "play" a certain file the viewer is started. Like the mpegplayer - you just go to a .mpeg and press play with it selected.With rockboy you'd go to a .gbc-file (or what ever) and press "play" which would result in rockboy starting executing that .gbc.
